Uptop is a tenant experience app that streamlines the rental process. The platform digitizes and connects all aspects of renting, including maintenance requests, concierge services, electronic payments, paperwork, and communication between tenants and property owners. Features include real-time chat, rent payment and splitting, maintenance submission, package tracking, and digital lease application and signing. This pitch deck was used for a Seed funding round, seeking to raise $5,500,000.
