The chatbot guides employees through career development, helping them set and achieve goals, while providing HR directors with insights into employee engagement data. The company focuses on helping startups and scaleups build transformative teams and attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. This deck was not part of a fundraising effort. Next Play was founded in 2016.
