Through cooperations with healthcare service providers, and partnering with benefit consultant agencies, healthjoy simplifies finding and offering benefits for employees. Healthjoy's service features a personalized AI-based virtual assistant and a concierge team ready to guide employees and answer complicated questions. Healthjoy received $3 million in series A funding in August 2017, followed by $12.5 million series B funding in March 2018. Including a $30 million in series C funding announced in February 2020, this brings total funding received to $53 million.‍
